    Which size fits a bedroom?

    In a bedroom the 8'x10' goes under the bed with walking room on three sides, while the 5'x7' works across the foot of the bed. The 3'x5' makes a good bedside landing. The medallion grid stays balanced at 3'x5', 5'x7' and 8'x10'.
    What happens if someone spills red wine on it?

    Blot what you can, then wash the rug cold on gentle. The surface is water resistant and stain resistant, so the spill sits on top instead of sinking into the sapphire ground. Tumble dry low and the color comes back even.
    Is the low pile good for pets?

    Very. There are no loops or long fibers for nails to pull, and nothing sheds. Muddy paws wipe off the water resistant surface and a full wash resets it. The nonslip backing means the rug does not slide when a dog lands on it.
    Does the pattern feel too traditional for a modern room?

    The bones are Persian but the treatment is not. The shapes are geometric and clean, the distress texture keeps it relaxed, and the palette holds to three main colors. It reads modern farmhouse next to white walls, black metal and natural oak.
    Can it handle a busy hallway?
