    How do I choose between 3'x5', 5'x7' and 8'x10'?

    Work from the furniture rather than the room. The 8'x10' lets a sofa and two chairs all sit on the rug in a standard living room, the 5'x7' floats in front of a sofa or under a queen bed, and the 3'x5' is right for an entry, a hallway or one side of a bed. The vine pattern repeats beautifully at every size.
    What happens if someone spills on it?

    Blot it, then wash cold on gentle and tumble dry low. The surface is water resistant, so you usually have time to catch a spill before it soaks in, and the dense blossom pattern hides anything the wash leaves behind. This is a rug meant to be used, not protected.
    Will it stand up to a dog?
